The promoter is OZKLEEN ASIA-PACIFIC PTY LTD (ABN 93 233 768 316), at 111 Lahrs Rd, Ormeau, QLD 4208.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

Competition Period

• The competition opens at 11:59 PM AEST on December 11th 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on June 30th 2026 (“Competition Period”).
• Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:

• Record a video between 10 seconds and 3 minutes showing their “most satisfying clean”;

• Post the video to their own Facebook or Instagram account, tagging @OzKleen and including the hashtag #OzKleenCompetition in the caption; and

• Submit proof of purchase (a screenshot or photograph of a receipt from OzKleen or an authorised retailer) by either:

  • sending it to OzKleen via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message; or

  • emailing it to support@ozkleen.com.au

• If unable to use social media, entrants may alternatively submit their entry by emailing their video file or a shareable link to support@ozkleen.com.au with the subject line FREE CLEAN.

Entry Conditions

• • One entry per person.
  • Entries must be original and created by the entrant.
  • Entrants warrant that their entry does not infringe the rights of any third party and that they have obtained consent from any person featured in the video.

• By submitting an entry, entrants grant OzKleen a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, adapt, communicate, and share their video and likeness in any media, including but not limited to social media, advertising, publicity, and promotional materials, without further compensation.

• Entrants consent to OzKleen crediting their name or social media handle when their content is used, where practical.

Prize

• The prize is 12 months of professional cleaning services valued at AUD $5,000.
• The prize may be redeemed by the winner for cleaning services at their own residence or may be nominated to a single other household within Australia (e.g. a family member, friend, or charitable recipient).
• Once nominated, the recipient household cannot be changed.
• The exact service provider, schedule, and inclusions will be determined by OzKleen at its discretion.
• The prize is not transferable for cash or exchangeable for other goods or services.

Winner Selection

• All valid entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the promoter on July 5th 2026 at OzKleen's Head Office, 111 Lahrs Rd, Ormeau, QLD 4208.
• Judging will be based on creativity, quality, and satisfaction of the clean.

Winner Notification

• The winner will be announced within 5 days of the competition closing.
• The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used to submit the entry, or by email if submitted via email.
• The winner’s name may also be published on OzKleen’s website and social media channels.

Unclaimed Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, OzKleen reserves the right to select another winner.

Security, Data Handling & Privacy

Entries submitted via Facebook or Instagram are subject to the respective platform’s terms of service and privacy policies. Entrants acknowledge that videos transmitted via these platforms are stored and processed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Once received, OzKleen will securely store competition entries on its internal systems or approved third-party storage providers. Entries will not be shared with unauthorised parties.

Personal information (including name, email, and contact details) will be used solely for the administration of this competition, winner notification, and related marketing activities.

By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with OzKleen’s Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

OzKleen reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these conditions.

OzKleen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if it is not capable of running as planned.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, OzKleen is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering or accepting the prize.
