Shipping Policies

At OzKleen, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please review the key points of our shipping protection policy below:

Lost Orders

  1. Undelivered Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived 10 days after the latest tracking update, please contact us within 14 days to file a claim.
  2. Partial Deliveries: For multi-package shipments, any package not delivered within 14 business days is considered lost (this excludes peak and/or sales periods).

Stolen Orders

  1. Marked as Delivered but Missing: If your order is marked “delivered” but hasn’t been received, please wait 5 days before filing a claim (to account for potential delivery errors). Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Damaged Orders

  1. Damaged Items Upon Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos or videos within 48 hours of receiving the package.

What Is Not Covered

  1. Address Errors: Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not covered.
  2. Delays: Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are not eligible for claims.
  3. Custom or Out-of-Stock Items: Refunds or replacements for custom or out-of-stock items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Local Pick Up: If local pickup is selected at the checkout, but delivery is required, shipping payment can be arranged over-the-phone or via su*****@oz*****.au.

How To File A Claim

  2. Provide issue details, including photos (if relevant) and a description of what happened to your package
