At OzKleen, we’re committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently. Our shipping costs are calculated as flat rates based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. This allows us to provide consistent, transparent pricing across Australia, regardless of how far your package needs to travel or how heavy your cleaning essentials may be.
We understand shipping costs can be a point of frustration, and we want to be upfront: the cost reflects the actual expenses of packing and sending high-quality, often very heavy liquid products securely.

Shipping Policies
At OzKleen, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please review the key points of our shipping protection policy below:
Lost Orders
- Undelivered Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived 10 days after the latest tracking update, please contact us within 14 days to file a claim.
- Partial Deliveries: For multi-package shipments, any package not delivered within 14 business days is considered lost (this excludes peak and/or sales periods).
Stolen Orders
- Marked as Delivered but Missing: If your order is marked “delivered” but hasn’t been received, please wait 5 days before filing a claim (to account for potential delivery errors). Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Damaged Orders
- Damaged Items Upon Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos or videos within 48 hours of receiving the package.
What Is Not Covered
- Address Errors: Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not covered.
- Delays: Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are not eligible for claims.
- Custom or Out-of-Stock Items: Refunds or replacements for custom or out-of-stock items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Local Pick Up: If local pickup is selected at the checkout, but delivery is required, shipping payment can be arranged over-the-phone or via support@ozkleen.com.au.
How To File A Claim
- Email support@ozkleen.com.au with your order number
- Provide issue details, including photos (if relevant) and a description of what happened to your package
- OzKleen's team will be in touch to discuss your claim further
