Introducing Robot Power: Our New Cleaning Solution for Robot Mops

Introducing Robot Power: Our New Cleaning Solution for Robot Mops

Robot mops have taken a lot of the hard work out of keeping floors clean. Set one going, and the kitchen, hallway and living room get a mop while you get on with your day. But what you put in the tank matters, and a regular floor cleaner isn't always the right fit.

That's why we've made Robot Power, a floor cleaning solution made for robot vacuum mops. It's new to the OzKleen range, and it's available now.

Meet Robot Power

Robot Power is a pH-neutral, bleach-free cleaning solution for robot vacuum mops with a mopping function. It lifts everyday dirt and grime from sealed hard floors and leaves a streak-free finish, without filling your robot's tank with suds.

  • Made for robot mops: formulated for robot mops that accept a cleaning solution

  • Low foaming: made for robot mop water tanks and base stations

  • Gentle formula: pH neutral and bleach-free

  • Multi-surface: for tiles, sealed timber, vinyl and laminate

  • Five scents: Eucalyptus, Fresh Linen, Cherry, Fruity and Vanilla

Why Use a Cleaning Solution Made for Robot Mops?

Most floor cleaners are made for a mop and bucket, such as our Mop Power. A robot mop works differently. The solution sits in a small tank and feeds through narrow parts onto the mop pads, so a cleaner that foams up too much isn't a good match.

Robot Power is a low-foam formula, made with that in mind. It's also pH neutral, so it's gentle enough for regular use on sealed hard floors, which suits robot mops that might run several times a week.

Which Floors Can You Use It On?

Robot Power is made for sealed hard floors throughout the home:

  • Tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and laundries

  • Sealed timber floorboards

  • Vinyl flooring

  • Laminate

Don't use it on unsealed, oiled or waxed timber, or natural stone such as marble. Set carpets and rugs as no-mop zones in your robot's app. If you're not sure whether a floor is sealed, spot test in a small, hidden area first.

Five Scents to Choose From

Robot Power comes in five scents, so you can pick the one you'd like drifting through the house after every clean:

  • Eucalyptus

  • Fresh Linen

  • Cherry

  • Fruity

  • Vanilla

How to Use Robot Power

  1. Check your robot's manual to confirm it can use a cleaning solution.

  2. Fill the clean water tank with tap water.

  3. Add Robot Power at 2 capfuls per 1L of water. Don't add more than recommended.

  4. Run your robot's mopping cycle as usual.

  5. After cleaning, empty and rinse the dirty water tank, and let the mop pads dry.

Never mix Robot Power with bleach, vinegar or other cleaning products.

Robot mops vary, and some manufacturers recommend using only their own cleaning solution. Before you switch, check your robot's manual and follow its instructions for adding a cleaning solution. We've thoroughly tested our cleaning solution on popular robot mops, but we recommend checking warranty terms and manufacturer recommendations before use.
